Yield: 2 cobs of corn
2 Tbsp. Sauce Craft™ Cayenne Pepper Sauce
2 each ears corn, husk on
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
½ tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. cotija cheese, crumbled
2–3 each sprigs fresh cilantro
2 each lime wedges
Peel husks off corn but keep intact if desired for presentation. Brush with oil and grill on all sides to desired doneness.
Season with salt. Drizzle corn with Sauce Craft Cayenne Pepper Sauce. Garnish with cheese and a few leaves of cilantro. Serve with lime.
