As neededMel-Fry® Clear Liquid Fry Shortening
¼ cupChili Garlic Sauce
½ cupSauce Craft Garlic Parmesan Sauce
6 eachFully Cooked, Applewood Smoked Bone In Wings, Unbreaded, Jumbo


  1. Pre-heat fryer to 350º.
  2. In a bowl, mix the 2 ingredients together and blend well.
  3. Pour into a clean storage container, label, date and hold until needed.
  4. Fry the wings with Mel-Fry®, according to package directions.
  5. Warm the sauce and toss In a bowl with the wings.
