Cheeseburger Flatbread

A crispy flatbread crust is baked with a smoked black pepper BBQ sauce base then sprinkled with tender gluten-free ground crumbles, onions, tomatoes and creamy cheeses. This yummy cheeseburger-flatbread mashup is then finished with ketchup, mustard and pickles for the burger lover in you.


3 oz.Smokehouse 220® Smoked Black Pepper BBQ Sauce
1 eachRustic Flatbread
3 oz.Shredded American Cheese, Yellow
3 oz.Shredded American Cheese, White
4 oz.Gluten-Free Ground Crumbles Thawed
2 oz.Onions, Sliced in Rings
1 oz.Steak Seasoning
1 oz.Pickles, Diced
1 oz.Tomatoes, Diced
2 oz.Tomato Ketchup
2 oz.Yellow Mustard


  1. Spread the BBQ sauce on the flatbread evenly.
  2. Cover the sauce with both cheeses, sprinkle with the beef crumbles, onions, and sprinkle with steak seasoning.
  3. Bake in a 400º oven until crisp. Place pickles and tomatoes on top.
  4. Slice and place on a serving board. Drizzle with ketchup and mustard.
